I’m living, breathing proof that you can improve your health and optimise your life. At 54 I am leaner faster fitter healthier than when I was 24. I have a resting HR of 32 and the world record is 26, my Bloods are excellent and I have body fat of 7%. This does not happen over night but then hell I beat that spare tire didn’t just plonk itself around your waist overnight either.
