I am a psychotherapist, social worker and yoga teacher. I hold a keen interest in health and wellness and the intersections of the body and mind. I work with an emphasis on the body. I am especially interested in issues around body-image, working with women, and mindfulness-based practice. The thread that ties all of my work together is a person-centered, warm-hearted approach, holding compassion and unconditional positive regard for my clients. In my free time I love to spend time with my family, hang out with my dog, hike, and swim.
