More about me

Happiness is a habit. We can train ourselves to improve the quality of our thinking and the expansiveness of our heart. I create warm, practical, creative spaces to explore and manage our habits. We learn to let go, to allow things to be different, to rest, to nourish our joy and to take good care of our worry and anger. And we do this with plenty of humour, poetry and imagination along the way! If you are tired of feeling 'always-on' and looking to re-set, listen to your heart and connect with deeper meaning, please get in touch.

About

My work is in building happier communities. Whether that's a family, team, organisation or movement - we learn to take good care of ourselves so that we can care for each other. I've been training in mindfulness for over 20 years with Thich Nhat Hanh / the Plum Village tradition - and I've been worrying my whole life!! I'm a leader in Mindfulness & Character Strengths (VIA Institute of Character) and have studied with Peter Levine and Rick Hanson. Mindfulness and happiness practices have helped me to be more free of the clingy past or looming future. I have more agency over what thoughts I choose to believe. I feel a stronger sense of wellbeing on any given day. And I am so grateful.
